NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that East Valley Water District is donating the following vehicles to eligible nonprofit organizations exempt from federal income tax under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

EVWD will review all applications on a first come first serve basis, and make a decision among the various organizations that have expressed interest in receiving a donation of surplus property. Priority will be given to organizations on the basis of how likely the donation of surplus property will benefit the community. Application process closes November 13, 2020 at 4:00 pm.
