Title 22 Report

A public hearing on the Sterling Natural Resource Center (SNRC) is being held in accordance with Title 22, Division 4, Chapter 3, §60320.202 of the California Code of Regulations (Title 22). The SNRC is a new groundwater replenishment reuse project using recycled water that is being implemented by East Valley Water District (EVWD) and San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District (Valley District). The SNRC would produce recycled water from EVWD wastewater flows, to assist the region in reducing its reliance on imported water and to retain water supplies higher in the watershed for groundwater recharge and maximizing benefits to the Santa Ana River and the region.

The State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (DDW) and EVWD will conduct the public hearing as part of the Title 22 approval process.
