The Administration Department is responsible for District day-to-day operations including, preparing Board of Directors and committee documents, implementing the District's Strategic Initiatives, maintaining public records, executing adopted policies, serving as the liaison to other government agencies, monitoring state and federal legislation, emergency preparedness and ensuring transparency compliance.

Public Records Request
Californians have a right under the California Public Records Act, the California Constitution, and the Governor's Executive Order S-03-06 to access public information by government agencies.
Once your request has been received, the District will respond within 10 days to determine whether the record(s) you have requested are subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act; this period may be extended by the District for an additional 14 days. If the records you have requested are available, the records will be produced within a reasonable amount of time thereafter.

- $3.50 per page for maps and/or oversized (2 feet by 3 feet) documents
